I work with children and young people with physical and cognitive disabilities, including cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, coordination difficulties and additional physical needs.
Sessions are adapted to the individual and designed to support all ability levels.

Many children begin with little or no previous gym or physiotherapy experience. Sessions are designed to build confidence gradually within a safe and supportive environment.

The focus is always on creating a positive and enjoyable experience around movement and exercise.

All sessions are carefully adapted to suit the child’s individual needs, abilities and medical considerations. Exercise selection, intensity and progressions are tailored appropriately. However, no movement is ever entirely risk-free. Sessions are intended to be as safe as they possibly can be.
An initial consultation and health screening process is completed before starting coaching.

Yes. Parents or guardians are welcomed and encouraged to stay during sessions if preferred.

Where appropriate, coaching can complement existing physiotherapy or rehabilitation support. Collaboration with healthcare professionals helps ensure sessions remain appropriate and beneficial for the individual.

Comfortable clothing, suitable trainers, any splints/ walking sticks/ walkers, water, and snacks (if needed) are recommended.
Any relevant medical equipment or information should also be discussed prior to sessions.
